## Narrative

Employee had been raking scale out of Kiln 1 on August 3rd using a steel rake. He developed a blister on his right palm from repetitive raking, and was wearing leather gloves at the time.   The employee worked on August 4th, and the blister became infected and red streaks were running up his right arm. He went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with cellulitis.
