Narrative

Miner was pulling on a ""Hog Chain"" when he felt a pain in his abdomen. the miner was later diagnosed with a hernia and did not start to lose time until 8-6-2 014. the following were not involved: rules and regs., equipment or systems, skills, training, proficiency, attitude, clothing or protective devices.
