Ee was walking on catwalk of the dozer, checking equipment for leaks, the walkway gave way and he struck his left knee on the cab door. Surgery for a shattered knee cap was done on 08/05/14. The ee also strained his right shoulder pulling himself into the cab when he fell. The employee will be lost time.
