## Narrative

Employee was climbing on a stepladder propped against the #1 belt structure on the #1 belt slope. He was standing on the 2nd rung from the bottom approximately 18 inches off the ground, when the right foot of the ladder sunk in the mud. The ladder spun off the belt structure and the Miner fell to the ground. He received contusions and abrasions to his right shoulder and arm.
