Employee was cutting rubber on bottom of airlock doors with a utility knife when the blade broke causing him to slip resulting in a laceration to the finger. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, miner proficiency may have been a factor.
