During a Part 50 audit, it was determined that this injury was reportable. Employee was pulling cable off a shuttle car and slipped, injuring his back. Cause was mud and uneven bottom with inattention to task. Compliance with rules/reg., PPE, mining equip./systems not a factor, miner proficiency may be a factor.
