## Narrative

Employee explained that left side drill steel was stopped up and he tried to assist left side pinner.  When he entered the area to beat on the steel he went to duck under the light receptacle on the ATRS; he hit his head (hard hat) and it jarred his neck backward.  Employee was under supported top at the time.  Started losing time on 8/15/2014.
