## Narrative

The IE stated he was pulling cable slack from a roof bolter while the bolter was being trammed to entry #6-7. While he was walking toward the machine, he was hanging the cable from the mine roof. The IE employee stated he had stepped on some coal material that had been previously mined causing his body to twist in one direction, while his lower leg twisted in another direction.
