## Narrative

Southwest Energy employees were reloading PT496 and the prill was hanging up badly and had to use hammers to free product. The following day employee came to work with pain in right shoulder. He was taken to the Cobra Valley Clinic in Kearny to be checked out. The Occupational Dr. asked him to get an MRI and after getting results he was to schedule an appointment with Orthopedic.
