During a part 50 audit, it was determined that this injury was reportable. Employee was chiseling out a bolt using a hammer, hit finger. Cause of this injury was not using a tool to hold the chisel. Compliance with rules/regs., mining equip/systems not a factor. PPE and miner proficiency may be a factor.
