## Narrative

Employee states that he was removing the miner cable from a cable hanger that was hung to the mine roof when the corner of the outby rib fell, striking the miner in the lower left side of his back. Employee continued to work but, then felt pain and was transported to the ER where he was X-rayed and was diagnosed with a bruise and was given restricted duty for 3 days.
