## Narrative

During a part 50 audit, it was determined this injury was reportable due to a fractured toe. Employee went to move a spool of cable at a corner, overhanging brow fell striking his foot. Cause was not detecting loose top. Compliance with rules/regs, mining equip/systems, PPE not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
