1 E Sect-Employee was standing by the boom on left side of miner when a rock fell 30""X24""X2"" thick struck him on the head, neck, shoulder, & left arm. He stated that he was unconscious for a few seconds. It didn't involve any compliance issues. No equipment involved. It didn't involve job skills, proficiency, training or attitude. No PPE or protective devices on equipment involved.
