Employee was carrying a roof strap from a supply car and was placing it on a scoop when he caught his right ring finger between the two straps causing a fracture and a laceration.  He was wearing gloves. It didnt involve any compliance issues. No equipment involved. It didnt involve job skills,proficiency, training, or attitude.
