## Narrative

Employee was in the process of re-routing a high pressure line for setting up shields. They bled the line shut off to the shield, but not the entire line. They Took the line off at the pump and there was still pressure in the line, it then blew off and hit employee in the right hand Cutting his hand from his thumb to his wrist.
