Narrative

Steel barricades had been set up for clean out of vertimill 34. One of the panels slid down and struck employee on right ankle causing contusion. Taken to ER, X-ray negative - ER doctor placed on restrictions, pending orthopedic opinion, ortho waiting results of MRI. Currently ongoing.
