Narrative

Miner was handling a roller for an impact bed when he felt a tightness in his abdomen. The miner was diagnosed with a hernia and started to lose time on 8-22-14. The following were not a factor: Rules, Regs., equipment, skills, proficiency, clothing, attitude, or protective devises.
