Narrative

While dismounting a diesel motor near the end of track in 23D the injured's metatarsal bones in his right foot felt like they shifted. Employee heard pop and felt pain. No problems with mining methods, machinery, training or compliance issues. Diagnosed with metatarsal sprain.
