Narrative

Injured employee was working with partner installing Classifier flights. She was using a 3/8"" allen wrench to hold bolt head while partner used a 3/4"" impact gun to tighten nut. The nut seized causing the allen wrench to rotate resulting in the employees index finger being pinched between the wrench and the flight shoe. The distal 3/4"" of the right index finger was crushed.
