## Narrative

EE was unloading bag of mortar from behind seat of pickup when felt something weird in his stomach. EE worked rest of day. On 9/5/14 EE called into work stated he had increased pain in his abdomen during the night. EE went to ER to be check diagnosed with Umbilical Hernia. EE was taken off work for 1 week and referred to surgeon.
