Individual was unhooking a steel chain between track rides (one which was not grounded to the rail due to material on rails), the chain was acting as the ground between the 2 vehicles. When lifting the chain, he received burns to the right fingers, not knowing the chain was hot, wearing Meta-Miner protective gloves.
