## Narrative

The IE stated that he was walking back towards the rear of the bolter to retrieve supplies for the operator. While walking to the other side of the roof bolter, he stated he was struck in the head, shoulder and hand by two rocks. He was diagnosed with multiple fractures and avulsion of the 5th digit, an avulsion to the 4th digit finger.
