Employee turned to place impact wrench on ground and lost balance and stumbled forward. Employee did not feel anything at that moment but once at home felt discomfort in right knee. Went into clinic full release to go to work. Follow up appointment on 9/11/2014 and was scheduled for Therapy on 9/12/2014. Still full release for work. Reportable at that time.
