Employee was installing a eight foot roof bolt into a hole. when the miner pushed the bolt up he felt a pain in his abdomen. The employee did not start to lose time until 9-10-14. the following were not a factor: Rules, regulations, equipment, clothing, protective devices, attitude, skills or proficiency.
