Narrative

Contractor was engaged on changing out 90 degree elbow on ventilation tubing, a ""T"" would replace the 90 degree elbow. He was using the removed elbow to stand on while installing the ""T"". He stepped off of the 90 degree elbow and twisted his ankle.
