A roof fall was discovered on this date. The fall is located on the Portal Mains at the #21 crosscut in the #3 entry. The fall measured 20' by 20' and was 6' in thickness. The area was previously supported with 48"" fully grouted bolts. Ventilation or persons were not affected. This mine is currently idle.
