A fall of roof occurred in the SE Submain at crosscut 56 entry #2. The fall measured 30 feet in length x 30 feet wide x approximately 8 foot thick. The area had been supported with 6 foot fully grouted roof bolts. Cracks in the shale were causing adverse roof conditions.
