Narrative

EE was using Solvent to remove oil & paint off concave during top shell prep. Solvent had dripped onto EE's pants & work boots. An hour later the EE's skin began to become irritated. He rinsed off. EE taken for medical treatment on skin; irritation formed in eyes also the next day.
