## Narrative

Miner was had been involved in his duties, which was loading used tires on a trailer and pickup.  The miner suffered a heart attack when he was sitting in the cab of the pickup.  The coworkers acted quickly with emergency first aid and drove him in the pickup to the emergency room (quicker than ambulance).  Then miner was pronounced dead approximately 1.5 hours later.
