## Narrative

Employee was scaling the top when a rock fell and hit him in the left leg. X-rays taken at St. Joseph Hospital were negative and the employee returned to work on his next scheduled shift.  The employee continued having pain and was seen by an orthopedist, which recommended surgery on September 25, 2014. *The Employee was operated on September 25, 2014 and will be off work.
