Narrative

The employee stated that while bending over and picking up a piece of belt structure, he twisted his right knee. Medical advise has suggested physical therapy. The accident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules and regulations nor any mining equipment. The accident did not involve any personal protective equipment related to clothing.
