Narrative

The employee received 1st and 2nd Degree Burns from an Electrical Flash while trouble-shooting a circuit breaker problem in a transformer. The Lugs on top of the Breaker came in contact with the frame around the Breaker Panel when the employee tried to remove the panel, which caused the Electrical Flash.
