## Narrative

Injured stated that as he hooked up the bulk dust bag to the IT Loader Fork, he turned around and his right foot fell into a hole in the pallet causing his right knee to twist. He felt a sharp pain. Employee continued working his regular job, but was later diagnosed with a tear of the medial and lateral meniscus. He had surgery on 9/29/14.
