## Narrative

Miner was collecting fire extinguishers in preparation for the annual inspection. The miner looked into the now abandoned wash plant control room by boosting himself up to look inside. When he did so he rested on his stomach and chest. When he did so he heard a pop. The miner finished out his day. The following Monday the miner informed us he would seek medical treatment.
