## Narrative

The injured employee stated he was climbing out of the cab of a coal hauler. When he stepped out of the cab, he felt a popping sound in his left calf muscle. The employee continued to work and felt the pain was getting worse.  He was taken for medical treatment for a strained calf muscle. During a follow up visit, he was treated for a torn muscle and was placed in a walking boot.
