Employee was installing belts onto a booster pump when his left index finger became caught between the belts and the pulley. The injury resulted in a fracture and a laceration that required sutures.. It didn't involve any compliance issues. He was working on a underflow booster pump. It didn't involve job skills,proficiency,or attitude. He was been training of hand placement.
