Narrative

an employee was injured while moving a 1"" thick plate. 35-40 lbs After grinding the area realized he was in the wrong position to move the plate. He moved from the walkway to the bore level. Employee not anticipate the direction that the plate will move, placed both hands on the plate to move into place and caught his left little finger between the plate and the walkway.
