MSHA has determined that an entrapment occurred on 10-7-14 at 5:15PM at the Rom Coal Stockpile involving a Cat D10 Dozer. Dozer operator slid back into the #3 feeder after losing sight of the hole. The front & sides of the cab were clear. Constant communication was kept during the extraction & operator was removed from dozer at 9:00PM. There were no injuries during this incident.
