WHILE WORKING ON AN OPEN LEACH STOCKPILE, SEVERAL EMPLOYEES SMELLED AN UNUSUAL FOUL ODOR. SHORTLY AFTER SEVERAL EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCED SORE THROATS, HEADACHES, LUNG IRRITATION.
