Narrative

EE was knelt down behind the miner picking up pull ropes that had fell off. The rib rolled out and struck him on the back of the head and his back. The rock measured approximately 80"" long X 17"" wide X 11"" thick. He was transported to Raleigh General Hospital where x-rays were negative. He was released to return to work. Due to continuing pain unable to RTW on 10/8/14 & 10/9/14
