## Narrative

Employee was tearing down old lines and poles when a cross arm loose from pole set on the edge of the bucket he was working in shifted and smashed his finger cutting it, dx finger fracture/laceration. On 10/17/2014 Dr. saw employee and put him on restricted duty.
