## Narrative

Employee was looking up while hanging a highline cable when a small piece of rock fell from the mine roof causing dust to go into his right eye.  The injury resulted in a corneal abrasion. He was given eye ointment for his injury. It didn't involve any compliance issues. No equipment involved. It didn't involve job skills, proficiency, training, or attitude.
