## Narrative

TTIS (Contractor) employee was working on a finger splice on a conveyor belt at the mine operator's prep yard. The splicing tables are approximately 13 inches off of the ground. The employee was in the process of stepping down off of the splicing table when he twisted his right ankle resulting in a sprain. The employee returned to full duty without restriction on 10/20/14.
