Narrative

Alleged incident occurred while EE was cleaning No. 7 entry with Fairchild scoop. Scoop bumped into rib and coal fell from rib into operator's compartment and EE alleges it jarred him forward hurting his back. EMT examined EE and could not visibly see any indications of coal/rib striking his back. EE finished his shift.
