Narrative

9/23/14 ee reported that he was experiencing pain and limited range of movement in his right shoulder as he performed his job. An MRI revealed several degenerative conditions along with tears of the bicep and rotator cuff. This condition is being reported as an occupational illness due to repeated trauma over a 38 year career work in the coal mine. EE worked till surgery on 9/27/14
