Employee went to medic & reported discomfort in right wrist for along time. no incident/no event... possible carpal tunnel. No time missed.  On 10/24/2014, employee went to doctor on days off- restrictions were then issued. 1st day missed 10/25/2014. This will be an occ. illness/LT
