Narrative

The injured was roof bolting on 25 right no. 3 heading left brk. when the injury occurred. He was starting the first hole in the 3rd row of bolts when a piece of rock fell out from the mine roof and struck him on the left foot behind the metatarsal plate on his boot. The injured fractured 3 bones in the top of his foot. The rock measured 205""x19"" by 4"" thick.
