Narrative

Notification has been received via US mail that this retired former employee has been awarded permanent partial disability for Occupational Pneumoconiosis. The letter was dated 10-27-2014. This illness was due to the EE's failure to wear respiratory protection (PPE) & take necessary precautions to reduce his exposure. Involved cm & lw mining systems. EE retired on 4/22/2013.
