Narrative

Injured was setting a post (with helper) in the 9 south right return by the 2D seals. He was holding the post up with one hand and cleaning around the base with the other when the post fell and hit his hand, resulting in a laceration that required sutures. No problems with mining methods, machines, training or compliance issues.
