## Narrative

Miner was sitting in a turn from #2 to #3 at 74 block 23 West. Injured was putting in a test bolt underneath a rock brow when he noticed an oil leak on the bolt station. When he turned to yell for the mechanic the rock brow fell and struck him in the neck and right shoulder resulting in minor soft tissue damage. No problem with mining machines, training or PPE.
